Facility-Specific Documents

Facility-specific documents include documents such as local third-party audit reports and certificates and a facility’s food safety plan. Food safety plans are based on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) methodology and Hazard Analysis and Risk-Based Preventive Controls for Human Food (HARPC) and are considered interchangeable to either method. Facilities manufacturing products certify to standards benchmarked by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).
